Shows up within 1 mile of your postcode. Your free profile on EPC Near Me — customers can find and contact you directly. Includes the free property lookup tool in your account area.
Professional — £20/month
Shows up within 10 miles of your postcode. Your profile plus a profile website (a personalised page for your assessor business), with preference over free profiles in search.
Premium — £50 per town/month
Shows up within 25 miles of your postcode. Premium town placement — always shown first for exact-match town searches, plus SEO services to help your page rank locally on Google.
Premium towns are exclusive — each town is taken by only one assessor, but you can hold as many towns as you like. Add the ones you want and we’ll confirm availability before your listing goes live.
When you start a paid plan you’re charged straight away for your first period. Your profile may need to be approved before your premium listing goes live.

By submitting you confirm your details are accurate and you’re an accredited domestic energy assessor. Our team reviews every application before a profile goes live.
Application received
Thanks — our team will review your profile and be in touch by email, usually within one working day. Once approved, your profile goes live in the EPC Near Me directory.
