What EPC Near Me is

EPC Near Me is a directory that connects homeowners, landlords and estate agents with independent, accredited domestic energy assessors. We are not a panel and we do not take commission.

• Bookings, prices and services are agreed directly between you and the assessor.
• Any contract for an EPC assessment is between you and the assessor, not with EPC Near Me.
• We check that listed assessors hold membership of a recognised accreditation scheme before their profile goes live, but we are not responsible for the work they carry out.

Assessor listings

• Assessors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, including accreditation details, prices and contact information.
• All profiles and profile changes are reviewed before going live. We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion, including where accreditation cannot be verified.
• Paid tiers are monthly subscriptions with no long-term contract and can be cancelled at any time; premium town placement applies while the relevant subscription is active.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping content at scale, attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false information or applications, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

Content and liability

Content on this site is provided for general information and is not professional advice. Official EPC information is held on the government registers we link to. We take care to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
